By using Twiggly, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

1. What Twiggly is

Twiggly is a family task-management app that helps parents assign tasks and reward children with points. It is a tool to support family routines — not a substitute for parental supervision.

2. Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create a parent account.
• Child accounts are created and supervised by a parent or guardian.
• You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• One person per account — don't share your login.

3. Acceptable use

Use Twiggly for its intended purpose — managing family tasks and rewards. Don't:

• Upload harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content.
• Attempt to access other families' data.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service.
• Use the app for any commercial purpose.

4. Content you create

Tasks, names, photos, and other content you create in Twiggly belong to you. We don't claim ownership. We do need a limited licence to store and display your content within the app to provide the service.

5. Availability

We aim to keep Twiggly available and reliable, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform maintenance, update features, or temporarily limit access. We'll try to give notice when possible.

6. Subscriptions and payments

Twiggly may require a paid subscription. Current pricing, free-trial terms, and what is included are shown in the app before purchase. Subscriptions are managed through the Google Play Store and are subject to Google's billing and refund policies.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from in-app settings (Settings → Delete account) or via the account deletion page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Limitation of liability

Twiggly is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Significant changes will be communicated via the app or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland.
